I have been renting storage containers and offices from SWMS for the past few years and they have been nothing but great! they are very professional, again a great team to work with.

I rented a 15’ container for a month.  Office staff were helpful and proactive.  I never had to make any phone calls regarding arrival and pickup times.  They reached out to me.  The drivers were awesome as well.  I live on a narrow congested street and it was a bit tricky.

Crystal, from the Los Angeles office made the entire experience a pleasure, and answered any and all questions promptly. Highly recommended!

John was professional, friendly, timely, and followed through with his promises. I needed a quote immediately, and John stated he would get it to me within the next hour – which he did. His communication was amazing. He followed up to make sure I had everything I needed to move forward. He kept me in the loop of the estimated shipping arrival time of the Conex boxes up to the day it was delivered.

Got in touch with John Drinkard and he was able to get a storage unit out to my job site next day at a great price! John and the driver were both communicative in giving me proper notice to get on site and make sure the container was set in the best location for us. The driver was diligent in making sure I was happy with the location since we had things going in around it that might be affected if we didn’t leave enough room. All in all a great experience and I will be using SWMS for all my future container needs.

I was super-impressed with Southwest Mobile Storage. I stopped by their office on Tuesday and had a 20 ft container delivered by Thursday of the same week to a rural, difficult to access site. Strongly recommend!

Carlos did an outstanding job with the purchase of our 20 foot high cube conex box. We had some specifics in mind for the container and he met each and every requirement. I’ve had rented with Southwest mobile storage for many years. They have worked with me throughout the years I’m making sure that my storage was secured and was doing it’s job for my situation. They were always gracious on waiting for their payments when I was not able at certain times to meet my obligations on paying on time. Working with their staffs was always kind and courtesy and never disrespectful in any ways was always a pleasure to talk and work things out. Business was business and they always took care of me. I recommend them to a lot of my friends which are always happy with their service and their product will use them again if ever the situation arises and will recommend them to anybody in the future.

Reasonable pricing on a quality product. That said… Their 28-day month which works out to 13 months a year billing cycle is irksome. Unfortunately it’s typical for the industry. Regarding customer service, over the years all the CSRs have been very friendly, helpful and professional. I wish to call out Josephine Shearer for her pleasant demeanor and professionalism. Again, all the CSRs have been great, but Josephine projects a little extra something that is delightful.

I’ve worked with SMS on multiple projects and every experience has been outstanding. Their customer service/dispatch is very reliable and responsive. Crystal has been a very good representative to work with and I look forward to working with her and SMS on future projects.

Southwest mobile storage has been my first choice when I need a storage unit. They have all kinds to choose from. They are on time and work around your schedule. When it comes to customer service they are nice and considerate. When my company needs a unit with shelving they have several different styles to choose from. The locking system they use is better than any other mobile companies out there. Cleaner units, better pricing and a much better container you will ever find.

The professionalism shown by Southwest in our recent delivery wrinkle is noteworthy. The driver Ulysses tried like heck to get around a tree limb, but in the end we had to reschedule. Our account manager Parris went to bat for us on the added relocation costs, reducing the price threefold. We will definitely recommend Southwest for future needs.
