My driver Antonio was excellent! We needed the connex in a very tight spot on a slope. After moving some vehicles, he maneuvered his tractor like true professional through the laydown yard and got the Connex in the exact spot the GC wanted it. It is always nice to be able to work with someone else to accomplish the goal, and in my mind he went above and beyond, so Antonio gets 5 stars from me!

Lisa and her team are the best in communication and response to any needs without hesitation. They are the Best In the Event World and get it!

I received exceptional service from Lisa at Southwest Mobile Storage. Her communication was excellent, she was very prompt and responsive, and the entire process was easy from start to finish. If you’re looking for reliable storage container or office container services in Southern California, I would highly recommend Southwest Mobile Storage.

Lisa Weissenfels always comes through for us! She was able to get us a next day, early morning container delivered when no one else could!

Had a great experience with the driver Chris. He was able to miniver his tractor with ease to place both containers in a very difficult spot. Construction sites are always hectic so I was pleased that he watt able to accommodate.

Southwest Mobile Storage’s immediate response to our requests and competitive pricing helps make job set up and mobilization a breeze. Our sales rep Lisa W. in the LA region is outstanding and is supported by a great team. Looking forward to the next project with them! Peter K. – Ops Manager – SCW

We had Eric relocate 2 containers for us. Great communication and great service. Very professional as well

The entire experience was very professional and efficient. The driver was on time, personable, precise, quick, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company.

Had Tony deliver our unit today – our lot is super challenging/sloped and he was amazing! Worked with me to get it in a spot it wouldn’t block other trades and he did it with a smile! Thanks Tony!

Our experience with Southwest Mobile Storage as we worked to expand our storage capacity at our Berthoud location was exceptional from start to finish. Joe Toole was kind, knowledgeable, and guided me through every step of the process with enthusiasm and genuine excitement for our project. I especially appreciated the clear communication throughout the process and how easy Joe made everything—from answering questions to coordinating the delivery of our storage unit. Any concerns I had were addressed promptly and professionally, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I am grateful for the outstanding customer service and would gladly recommend Southwest Mobile Storage to others.

Representative Joe Toole is great and responsive to all of our needs!! Thank you Southwest Mobile Storage!!

Excellent service and a smooth experience overall. The team was helpful, responsive, and made everything easy from the beginning. The process was straightforward, and I was impressed with their professionalism. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others looking for a reliable option.

Driver Andrew was very professional. Moved my unit in a timely manner with no issues.

The process of ordering the storage container and having it delivered was very easy and quick. Andrew delivered the container and I was very impressed with the customer service he provided. I would definitely work with this company in the future.

Excellent service! We have been working with Southwest for several years. They always have what we need, when we need it. Our representative, Lisa, has made the process very simple. She has also delivered when we were in urgent situations. And the communication is 10/10. Do recommend.

Andrew was prompt and professional. He was patient as we worked through placement.

Joe was amazing to work with and made the entire process so easy. Thank you for the great communication!

Awesome Team ! We have been a client for years , and we will continue to do so. Everyone from the driver to the dispatcher has always gone beyond and above to give us excellent service, and most of all Crystal , who has been nothing but amazing in handlling our account and needs. Thank you for everything !

Andrew was excellent, timely, patient and helpful! Thank you.

This is Kammron from Deep Water. Just wanted to give Jason a shoutout for always doing a great job. He’s helped both Monty and me out plenty of times and is always on top of things. Even when we have tricky drop-offs or special instructions, he gets it done without any issues.

Jason was great! Very kind, prompt, and got us set up with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We had very limited space, butJason is an excellent driver, dropped it right where we needed it. Highly recommend

Everything was perfect for buying and installing 2- 20ft, 1 trip-New, storage containers. Carlos handled showing us options, inventory, operation, locks, considerations like site prep, scheduling and the sales paperwork. Wayne brought 2 units, one at a time, and helped tweak the site prep before he took them off his truck. Then, he showed the door operation & lock operation. They are exactly where we want them. We would not have got this kind of service from the out-of-towners. Good price, and local!! Highly recommend.

Lisa helped me with obtaining 2×40 ft one trip containers. Very knowledgeable and responsive. I would use them again for future storage container needs.

We rent a lot of units from these guys and have had a great experience with them. Roy came by today to move containers for me and was very accommodating. Always a blast to see these guys drive!

I had a fantastic experience with Southwest Mobile Storage in Tucson. From the initial inquiry to the final delivery, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. The storage unit itself was clean, secure, and in excellent condition—exactly what I needed for my project. Their delivery driver was a pro, navigating a tight space with ease and placing the container perfectly on my property. It’s clear they prioritize customer service and high-quality equipment. If you’re in the Tucson area and need reliable mobile storage, these are the folks to call. Highly recommended!

Lisa W. is amazing! Super responsive, easy to schedule with, and good prices. My go-to place for storage and office rentals.

Jason with Southwest Mobile Storage, Definitely made my experience with relocating and demoing my Conex trailer a lot easier. When we needed our Conex relocated on the day of my final building inspection, he was able to coordinate to make sure I was taken care of. Much appreciation to the Southwest mobile storage team and Jason as well

Andrew was an excellent driver and took the time to make sure the storage container was perfectly placed before he left the Air Force Academy!

Carlos is great- extremely professional, prompt and helpful both before and after the sale.

Andrew is awesome!!!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to Southwest Mobile Storage to Chris and Crystal!!! If you’re ever in need of a container for storage or whatever, call this company and ask for Crystal. I can assure you that they are LEGIT (I made sure of it by actually visiting their Los Angeles location), and not some scam company that you would see on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace. Their service is top notch!! If my company ever needs another storage container again, they will be the first to call.

Did what they said. Outperformed on pick up and drop off. Easy to deal with and nice folks!! Highly recommend

Thank you for the great service Jason ????

Worked with Lisa at LA office in Rancho. She was understanding of my needs and got me exactly what I needed! She even arranged a tour of the containers at their yard in Rancho Cucamonga. Lisa was also kind and customer service was off the charts. Highly recommend.

Quick prompt service and great communication. I will use them again for any mobile unit needs in the future

I never do business with anyone else but them. I have completed multiple transactions with Southwest Mobile Storage and their stagff in particular and each time it was a pleasure and I got just what I needed.

Flawless delivery! This is our second unit, it was just as easy as the first one. The driver Andrew was spot on

Jason came to pick up our empty storage boxes and was fantastic. He was patient with the process to entering the facility and once in was quick and efficient!

Great experience! Clean, secure units and helpful staff made storage easy. Highly recommend Southwest Mobile Storage for hassle-free, reliable storage solutions.

A great business to work with. They explained their options of different containers, sizes, payments, delivery and available extras. Very pleasent to work with. The delivery driver had excellent skills and was able to place the container exactly where we wanted it in a tight place. They called later to ask if we were satisfied. We HIGHLY recommend this company for your storage needs.

Miguel was amazing, he’s one of the best drivers we’ve had on the site!

Southwest Mobile Storage (SMS) knows what customer service is all about! Our storage specialist, Carlos Esteban, has repeatedly exceeded our expectations for storage solutions, accommodating our needs-financially, date, and time-wise. SMS showed up when they said they would – right on time! Upon arrival, our driver, Roy, immediately got to work. He assessed the tight area (as he was relocating a 40ft high boy) bordered by other containers, a large garage, a water-tank shed and trees. I had accepted the fact that we would, most likely, lose large developed branches from one of our beloved trees, but, amazingly, our driver, Roy, was a miracle worker! He moved that big rig like it was a compact car. He loaded our container and maneuvered that vehicle with precision! He could have taken the easy way out, and simply broken major tree branches (with our permission – we would have accepted that), that’s how tight it was – but, he, strategically, took the time- inching back and forth, angling the truck to avoid our imposing trees and other structures. Once the container was moved out of the previous location, he placed it in the new location EXACTLY where we wanted it (in another space, between another container and our garage) without any back-and-forth driving. He placed it on the right spot the first time! My future needs with be, without question, directed to Southwest Mobile Storage, our consultant and manager, Carlos, and most definitely, driver Roy Fierro! My only problem with making this review is that this team will be busy and I will have a longer wait time in the future. Thank you SMS for calming my anxieties and getting the job done right … the first time – AGAIN!

Lisa at Southwest Mobile is my company’s go-to when they need any kind of storage unit. Whether planned in advance, or within 24 hours notice, we are able to get the unit that is needed. She will go out of her way to contact our onsite contact to ensure that they get exactly what they need, exactly at the time they need. Recently, one of our foremen realized that needed an office with storage unit. He realized it within 12 hours of the delivery. He reached out for help, and Lisa and her crew were able to get him exactly what was needed. I can’t imagine the herculean effort it takes to manage and deliver an inventory like that when even a simple book order can’t be changed within 24 hours. We are truly grateful for all that Southwest Mobile Storage does for us.

Lisa was just the kindest and most helpful person. I appreciate her helping me get a quote and guiding me through the process. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful, timely service.

Jason the driver ????????????????????

Jason is awesome, container is exactly where we need/want it, great experience!!!

I had an excellent experience purchasing a 40 ft container, and I can’t thank Lisa W enough for her outstanding customer service! From start to finish, Lisa was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the entire process and answering all of my questions. She made sure I understood my options and helped me choose the perfect container for my needs. The whole transaction was smooth, and the container arrived in great condition. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for quality containers and top-notch service!

It was our first time using this service so we had a lot questions and Lisa was there to walk us step by step through the process which made the whole experience very pleasant. I would highly recommend this company to anybody in the industry or that is in need of their services!

I have 2 storage yards, Chandler & Glendale, where I keep 40′ storage containers that we rent from Southwest Storage. I received notifications, only a couple days apart, that we had to move these full containers. Alicia Rock was very helpful in setting up drivers to move both containers with 0 hassles! The Chandler container was moved by a 3rd party company that Alicia sent the next day. The Glendale container was moved by Chris, a Southwest Storage driver, who was prompt, efficient, & careful. The move was set for 8:30 – 10:30 a.m., but he called me at 8 a.m. to let us know he could be there early if OK. It was absolutely OK, he arrived & loaded up promptly, moved it to out new location, & placed it exactly where we asked… no questions or hassle. Thank you Alicia & Chris, from Southwest Storage, for making a stressful situation much easier!

Alicia is great to work with very attentive to communication and always on top of things insuring a fast and smooth delivery.

Great customer service, communication, delivery, pick up, etc. Would definitely recommend this company for any storage container needs.

I have worked with Alicia for years and she has always been very responsive. I do not us anyone else for our storage needs.

Great Service. Alicia is the best! Would recommend to anyone.

Delivery was on time. Very professional and helpful.

Lisa at the Arizona office was an absolute pleasure to work with. This family run company has always taken care of LeanSite services and we plan on using them for the long run! They’re more than willing to accommodate and are true professionals.

I absolutely love using Southwest Mobile! Lisa is always super prompt and helpful. Whenever I reach out to her to schedule deliveries or pick ups, I don’t have to worry about anything because I know I am in good hands with her. They are also very affordable ????

We were doing a renovation on part of our home and needed somewhere safe and dry to store our furniture out of the renovation area for an extended period of time. Someone else on our block had a storage container in their front yard from this company—and I thought I’d give them a call. The pricing was far more reasonable than I ever would’ve expected. It was a really smart way to handle our renovation needs. We had the storage unit for about a year because there were delays with our contractors and things took longer than expected (as they always do) – and it worked perfectly and we have no regrets. We would definitely use this company again. They scheduled the drop off and pick up painlessly and quickly. Consummate professionals.

SMS is an exceptional company to collaborate with. Alicia Rock displays profound knowledge, facilitates smooth cooperation, and above all, maintains a high level of professionalism. My choice to exclusively rely on SMS for my storage requirements is primarily due to Alicia and her consistent ability to address our storage needs efficiently.

Jeff and Marlow delivered two containers to Huachuca City for our project same day we ordered. We were in a jam they came thru like they always do! Need a container call them, they are the best!

Our construction company use SW Mobile out of Tucson, Jeff and Harlow at the Tucson branch are rock stars, can’t say enough about how easy it is to work with them. Need a container, call Jeff or Harlow!!! Best in town hands down!!

This company is amazing! I contacted Joe Toole for two units, and they were delivered just a couple of days later. Joe was very helpful and accommodating. And the delivery driver was very courteous and professional. He set the units exactly where we needed them for ease of loading. Definitely will be doing business with them again. Vince Ciardullo – GM of Thompson Safety

I rented a 15’ container for a month.  Office staff were helpful and proactive.  I never had to make any phone calls regarding arrival and pickup times.  They reached out to me.  The drivers were awesome as well.  I live on a narrow congested street and it was a bit tricky.

Cost: great Delivery: great Rental: great

Southwest does a great job and has great value. They are quick to respond to my questions and requests.

The folks at Southwest Mobile Storage are awesome!  Marina White, Sales Specialist is professional, attentive and quickly understood our needs.  Her coordination efforts in securing the proper storage containers for us in a timely manner was critical for us to meet certain legal deadlines.  Another awesome team member is Josephine Shearer, Accounts Receivable Clerk. Josephine is easliy accessible and always responds to requests quickly and in a professional manner. I can always rely on Josephine when it comes time for me to reconcile my monthly expenses!   Kudos to you both!!!

Alicia was AMAZING to work with – so helpful, kind, and patient. I started my inquiry and got everything booked and a delivery date set for the same week. She was thorough and answered all of my silly questions as this was my first time renting a storage unit. The delivery driver was so patient and helpful as well (don’t know his name, sorry!). Their prices are lower than the other competitors out there, and for the wonderful customer service we experienced, we would go with Southwest alone just for that fact! Thank you Alicia!!!

Great & fast service. 11/10 Our rep Marina has helped me and the company. I have worked with other storage companies in the past and I can say Southwest has over-achieved my and the company’s expectation. I have had an awesome experience through the years. I hope you give them a chance and have a good experience with them too.
