Got in touch with John Drinkard and he was able to get a storage unit out to my job site next day at a great price! John and the driver were both communicative in giving me proper notice to get on site and make sure the container was set in the best location for us. The driver was diligent in making sure I was happy with the location since we had things going in around it that might be affected if we didn't leave enough room. Reasonable pricing on a quality product. That said... Their 28-day month which works out to 13 months a year billing cycle is irksome. Unfortunately it's typical for the industry. Regarding customer service, over the years all the CSRs have been very friendly, helpful and professional. I wish to call out Josephine Shearer for her pleasant demeanor and professionalism. Again, all the CSRs have been great, but Josephine projects a little extra something that is delightful.

I really want to commend Parris and his crew. Out of the 3 quotes I received they offered the most reasonable pricing. I was even allowed to pick out my own container. The lot attended was willing to answer all my questions. I had lots of them. At no point did Parris or his team get pushy or try to sell me like the other companies.
